About me ;)
I am 16 years old and I live in California and I am quite tall. I was once less than 126 lbs (which is rather thin but lovely or my height) and I dearly want to get back there. I’m not sure why I want to lose so badly except to look good in clothing honestly! I do know that my mother (who is an inch taller than me) was always about 120 lbs for much of her life and she modeled as well. I believe that part of me is motivated by the fact that she was able to be thin and gorgeous, so I should be too. I used to be very unhealthy with my weightloss though, so in light of all the weight I have gained back after my family and friends intervened, I am trying to lose weight again but in a healthy way and perhaps become more toned.
I used to be a vegetarian but anxiety issues forced me to change my ways recently. However all meals that I make for myself are vegan (whereas I am an omnivore at dinners with parents.) I believe that it is the most natural thing to do.
I dye my hair. I think that technically it’s a mousy light brown naturally, but from age 12-14 I was dying it blonde, and then dark brown, and now every three months or so I dye it black. It fades out to red.
I have 9 piercings, all on my ears. Left ear: 2 lobe, 2 cartilage, 1 conch. Right ear: 3 lobe, 1 conch. Each piercing represents a different phase in my life and therefore each is significant to me.
I consider myself marginally intelligent. I’m taking 3 APs and an Honors course and I have a 4.5 GPA.
I am very passionate about music. I love listening to ska, but I’m also into a bit of everything else, including techno, metal, punk, and modern folksy stuff. I’m an experienced local band groupie.
I like a good party, I can’t lie. I don’t do drugs any more but I don’t mind if others do them (a handful of my friends smoke weed). I do enjoy drinking and I’m a social cigarette smoker, but I don’t do it very frequently. I’m not addicted to it whatsoever.
In addition to English, I speak some French (I have studied it for 3.5 years) and a small amount of Italian. I will live in Paris and study French for a month this summer.
